Innovation is about being leaders in the industry and there is a point to be made about not being innovative simply for the sake of it. Rather, it is our intent to allow ideas about best practice to operate outside, and ahead, of standard, generally expected and adopted methodology. This is about not being afraid to try what hasn’t been done before in order to breakthrough into systems or policies that could positively impact and/or alter the industry as a whole. Consequently, we will consider and encourage all creative ideas provided they are pragmatically feasible in terms of resources and do not conflict with, or violate our values as a whole. Never be afraid of change & creativity, never be afraid to communicate & share ideas, never be afraid to be different.
