Reflection

We are not afraid of evaluating our own or others’ practice with the intent of moving forward. We are open to feedback from a wide range of sources and actively seek this out. Our feedback is practical and actionable with the intent of constantly considering how things could be done better. Our policies and procedures support the development of reflection as a standard behaviour and training in how to become effective at automating this process.
